About
Jordyn Chappell is a fashion and accessories designer currently based in Denver, CO. Her designs explore the balance between shape, texture, and color. Chappell’s goal as a designer is to shift the focus of the fashion industry from mindless consumption and trends, to a responsible means of having style as well as to use the fashion industry as a medium to advocate for social justice. Her interests are in learning skills and different creative processes from all design fields to provide different perspectives and innovative ideas.
Chappell recently finished her BFA in Fashion Design with minors in Accessory Design and Drawing at the Savannah College of Art and Design. In a past life before transferring to SCAD, she studied architecture, urban planning, and landscaping in the Environmental Design program at the University of Colorado Boulder.
